In the early '80s, Swapan Basu saw an opportunity to create hand-painted accessories, and he sought the help of his best friend and wife, Roma. In 1984, Roma began designing hand-painted bags made from soft leathers, developing and refining the painting process over the years.
Today, Anuschka boasts the largest collection of hand-painted bags in the world, making these unique gifts that support artisans and craftsmen.
